Sponsor a Computer Lab
Equip a computer lab in Africa with 20 PCs loaded with educational resources and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
Sponsorship of £1000 will provide:
20 computers, refurbished in our Edinburgh hub and then tested again locally on arrival.
Technical support from the local hub to set up the computer laboratory and then provide maintenance, repair and replacement services.
All computers at end of life are returned to the hub for recycling and are replaced with comparable machines.
Your sponsorship will be recognised with a set of photos of the completed computer laboratory that you have supported. On request we can also install a plaque in the classroom to commemorate your sponsorship.

Our Work
Our current focus is in Malawi where we have been working with our partners, the Centre for Youth and Development, in Mzuzu since 2015 to provide technology-enabled education across the country.
Our community-owned, off-grid computer laboratory powered by solar energy and delivering educational resources with low energy Raspberry Pi computers.
Our activities stem from our base in Edinburgh where we teach trainees how to refurbish IT equipment.
Since 2009 we have installed computers across the continent with several partner organisations.
