Reice first joined us while he was a university student. He was looking for a way to bridge the gap between his studies in computer security and ethical hacking and the practical, hands-on experience needed in the real world. Driven by the belief that digital literacy is essential for everyone, he wanted to give back while building his own skill set.
As a Community Programme participant, Reice’s enthusiasm for learning was immediate. Though he arrived with a strong academic background, he found himself discovering entirely new areas of technology. “I’ve had the opportunity to learn things I never would have otherwise,” he noted, highlighting that while he knew nothing about data destruction when he started, it quickly became his specialty.
The time Reice spent in our community didn’t just add to his technical knowledge; it provided the practical foundation he needed to launch his career. We are absolutely delighted to share that Reice has moved into employment as a full-time electrical engineer with DC Electrical! We know his new colleagues will appreciate his dedication just as much as we did.
