In 2023, we launched our DigiUK Project to help bridge the digital divide for disadvantaged youth in the UK. So far, we’ve distributed over 900 devices to a number of organisations across the UK – one of which is Generation UK.
Generation UK is a nonprofit that works to reduce youth unemployment, helping those facing barriers to employment through its award-winning model of education-employment support.
To date, they have supported over 2,000 people across 5 regions, helping to bridge the skills gap and reduce unemployment. The 40 laptops we provided will play a crucial role in Generation’s free career-launching skills bootcamps and will support learners with interviews, mentor sessions and more.
The feedback below highlights how your donated laptops are supporting Generation UK.

“This laptop made it possible to access the handouts and other platforms like Zoom, test out and labs which we study from. Without it, I wouldn’t have been able to get on with this course. Thanks again for this wonderful tool I am very grateful for the device.” – Adekayode

“The laptop has helped me with my course. I am now able to learn more about IT SDA and will hopefully become an IT technician. I am very thankful for the laptop as I did not have one for the course.” – Halima

“Without this piece of equipment, I would not be able to apply myself fully to the programme and try my best. Generation has literally and figuratively given me the tools for success.” – Akpobome Onojeruo
