Last Saturday (1st April) we hosted a hackathon at our Edinburgh base. A team of our fantastic volunteers came down and helped us to map out some of the curriculum for the Ghanaian ICCES (Integrated Community Centre for Employable Skills) with the resources available through RACHEL. This has meant that our e-Library is now up to date with resources covering topics ranging from cookery to construction mechanics. This will enable teachers in the ICCES to access extra course materials to support their lessons without needing access to the internet.
We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along, and especially to Chris and Zoë for organising and coordinating everything and making the day such a success!
