Since our training in the Volta region last year, our training participants have been doing an excellent job applying what they’ve learned about computer maintenance and safety.

After our recent training in Accra, the ICT teachers will be able to troubleshoot some of the computer problems that arise. The teachers are now eager to attempt the repairs before The Turing Trust’s intervention. Even when they can’t repair a computer’s issue, they can provide us with technical information that will hasten the repair.

With the ICT teachers armed with knowledge of computer safety and maintenance, and coupled with the basic computer troubleshooting and repair skills, we can ensure a safe workspace for students, well-maintained computer systems, and a reduction of repair work needed by The Turing Trust. This enables The Turing Trust to focus more effectively on future projects!
