November has been a great month here at the Turing Trust.

#GivingWeek18

We’ve had an incredible start to #GivingWeek18, raising £11,655 so far! This year we’re raising funds through the Big Give to enable us to continue to empower Malawian students to build the digital skills they need for life, study and work in the 21st Century.

We want to raise £16,000 throughout the Christmas Challenge 2018. This will all go towards our project, and help us increase the impact we’re able to have on students across Malawi. We’ve been fortunate enough to receive champion funding from the Big Give, meaning that every donation is matched pound for pound, enabling us to have twice the impact.

We’re using the Christmas Challenge 2018 as an opportunity to reach as many new people as possible. So today we’re asking you to share our Christmas Challenge with a friend and help us reach a new audience.

Hardware Donations

We’ve had 3 fantastic donations of PCs and hardware this month. We’d like to say a huge thank you to Stiff & Trevillion, Ten4 Design and Vedder Price for donating their hardware to support our work bringing digital skills to students across Africa.

CSP 2018

We want to say an enormous thank you to our partners SBL for having us along to Cyber Security Professionals 2018. We had a great time delivering our workshop and meeting representatives from across the industry who were supportive of our IT reuse mission.
